In memory of our dear friend, Ron Page
To whom it may concern,
Remember that special song? That first kiss? Your first love? Music is the "heart of the soul" and Alan Foote has a way of opening up our hearts to those memories.
We all know songs that take us back to younger days; days when life didn't seem so busy or physically limiting. Unfortunately, as we get older our bodies don't stay as young as our minds, as we have to do things differently.
If you ever get the chance to go down memory lane and experience this feeling with Alan, you too will realize how much 'music' is such a part of our spirit. Memories are what life is made up of, and we all love traveling down that road, time and time again.
With a grateful heart and smile on my face, I want to thank Alan for his amazing gift to others!
Sincerely,
Barbi Angelo

Alan,
You share a unique blend of old-time music, history, and humor that captures the minds and hearts of your audience, bringing them back to more youthful days. At first, one cannot help but notice the toe slightly tapping to the infectious beat of your tunes. Then, as if the years have suddenly melted away, one can't help singing along to a familiar melody.
Sincerely,
Sam Seymour

. . . . very impressed how your music touches the soul . . . . you can have folks laughing and crying all in one breath. You're a very talented musician and performer.

Alan,
Once in a while we have the opportunity to witness miracles; that is the experience I had as I watched you with our elderly. There is a transformation in the countenance of those whom you interact with as you sing to, and entertain them. You don't just sing at them, you sing to their hearts . . . . eyes shine and some fill with tears as memories come flooding back. They are young once again! They are taken back to better times, times that have been suppressed by the cares of today's world. They are transformed into a world where they were young and full of life. You see youth return to their eyes and miracles are born.
Such a sinple act of kindness and love, to share one's talents with those so often forgotten and left behind because we are too caught up in life to remember that there is a generation of individuals who are still alive yet have been brushed aside and left only to their memories of better days.
You are a wonderful blessing to those of that forgotten generation. I applaud your talent and desire in wanting to bring to these wonderful people a much richer life. You truly light up their lives.
Thank you, Alan, and God bless you.
